PRAYER
is one of the four foundational cornerstones of Living Praise Worship Center (the others being The Word, Praise and Giving). Billy Murphy serves as Elder/Pastor of Prayer and gives headship and oversight to the various prayer opportunities at LPWC.

PRAYER SUPPORT MINISTRY
The purpose of the Prayer Support Ministry is to provide prayer covering for LPWC, to pray for all ministries, ministry leaders and special events. Prayer Support also touches individual lives through prayer teams that minister to individual needs through the gifts of the Holy Spirit and through the prayer of agreement.

PRAYER CHAIN
The LPWC Prayer Chain is in place to activate intercessors to pray for urgent needs.

INTERCESSORY PRAYER GROUP
This is a group of intercessors who meet at the church at a regular time to pray for our nation, President, and leaders; to pray for our church's Vision and leadership; to pray for special needs and requests (healing, financial needs, etc); and to provide a safe place to pray for confidential, sensitive prayer needs.

SPECIAL EVENTS
> 2nd WEDNESDAY PRAYER EMPHASIS. There is a focus on corporate prayer in our Wednesday night meetings - from adults to students to children.
> EMPHASIS ON SPECIAL DAYS, such as the National Day of Prayer, See You at the Pole and various prayer vigils and opportunites that are presented during the year.
